This year marks the 25th anniversary of the United States Post Office Postal Food Drive. Donations are collected across the nation, but the food from the Lakeland drive is benefitting Agape Food Bank. Agape needs volunteers to help unload pounds of food at the three Lakeland postal locations as well as at the warehouse at a later date. Below are the opportunities:
Saturday, May 13th from 4:15 to 6:30 p.m. at one of the following locations:
Monday, May 15th from 8:00 to 11:00 a.m. at Agape, 625 McCue Rd #2, Lakeland 33815.

Volunteers are needed to manage concessions at the stadium (2301 Lakeland Hills Blvd, Lakeland 33805) to benefit ElderPoint Ministries, a 501(c)3 non-profit agency serving the elderly of Lakeland, FL and surrounding areas. ElderPoint supports hundreds of seniors in the greater Lakeland area, operating with one single goal: to meet the elderly of the community at the point of their need.

Carts operate with 3 person teams, but there is a need for 6 volunteers per game, so encourage your friends to join you. One game, or many, all help is greatly appreciated!
